BEI Framing & Construction
BEI Framing, established in 1992 by Joe Bates, started as a residential framing and custom home building company in Central Indiana. With its operational efficiency and ability to handle complex architectural designs, BEI quickly grew and transitioned into commercial framing contracts, expanding its market footprint to a national scale with a focus on Senior Living, Student Housing, and mixed-use development projects. In 2015, BEI vertically integrated by founding sister-company Bates Squared, a mobile panelization manufacturer, and further integrated by hiring an in-house wall panel designer in 2017. Today, BEI boasts completed projects in over 20 states with a workforce of over 100 employees and two fully functional mobile panelization plants. BEI now acts as a single point of contact for General Contractors, partnering with lumber brokerage firms to provide raw materials to each job.
